Each single-serving stick contains 816 mg of sodium, 370 mg of potassium and 100 mg of magnesium, along with vitamin C and zinc. Each stick mixes with 16 ounces of water.

Fluid Tactical ORS is also Informed Sport Certified, with each batch third-party tested for banned substances.
