Self Retracting Lifelines

TPR Industrial offers self-retracting lifelines, commonly called SRLs, for construction, roofing, industrial, utility, maintenance, and elevated work applications. SRLs connect a worker’s harness to an approved anchor point and extend or retract as the worker moves.

SRLs can help reduce free fall distance compared to many fixed-length lanyards and are commonly used where workers need mobility while remaining tied off. Options include personal SRLs, leading-edge SRLs, tie-back SRLs, twin-leg SRLs, web SRLs, cable SRLs, and rescue/retrieval SRLs.

The right SRL depends on the work being performed, anchor location, fall clearance, edge exposure, connector type, lifeline material, and jobsite safety requirements.
