Description

The Super Anchor Safety Swivel-D anchor is a fully articulating anchor that rotates 360-degrees and swivels 180-degrees. Attaches to virtually any structure including steel, wood and concrete as long as it is installed with the proper 5/8” fastener (see Instruction Manual for fastener specifications). Factory supplied with a 5/8”x2.5” bolt and lock nut. The Super Anchor Safety Swivel-D is manufactured with a heavy-duty stainless-steel shackle. It also has a zinc plated 2.0” inside diameter forged steel D-ring as well. Manufactured for high durability. Used for either temporary or permanent installation on the interior or exterior of your building or structure.

The anchor must be bolted to or through a framing structure capable of supporting 5,000 pounds or 2x the intended fall protection load per OSHA 1910:140. Maximum 20’ spacing is recommended.
